• Your referees may be contacted and that your CV may be sent to hospital staff.
• Should you be offered work, whether you accept it or not, you are bound to keep this information confidential.  This means you cannot contact any hospital where work has been offered directly or indirectly with the purpose of securing work for a period of 12 months after work is offered.
• You will have available, by law, proof of your current Medical Indemnity Insurance for all locum placements.
• You are working as a contractor and may be responsible for paying your own tax and other legal requirements.
• Before being offered work opportunities you will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
